We thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the double room which was large and absolutely fabulous. It had good food!

Hotel was so stunningly beautiful. My a double room was new-fashioned, decent size. The roof top bar was comfortable.

The hotel has a marvelous location close to Times Square. I greatly enjoyed the convenient amenities in the double room, such as the mini bar, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The property is close to the main public restaurant and midtown. I tried some drinks at Bar Spyglass, located just a 10-minute walk away.

The location was excellent and great - ease of access to New York Public Library. Besides, it was so close to the main public restaurant as well as midtown.

The bathroom had a spacious counter, perfect for all our belongings. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water was instant. The boutique hotel was in a great location, with friendly staff, room service, and pet-friendly amenities. The mattress provided a comfortable sleep, although earplugs were necessary due to noise from neighboring guests and plumbing. The room itself was comfortable and inviting.

I had an incredible stay at the Grayson Hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Bryant Park and other attractions. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was amazing! The rooftop party was definitely a highlight, with great music and a lively atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating, offering a discount and even a room change for those who wanted to sleep. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the rooms were spacious and stylishly decorated. I also appreciated the fact that this hotel is pet-friendly, which allowed me to bring my furry friend along for the NYE fireworks.

The restaurant manager was very rude and needs to work on their customer service skills. The bathroom counter could also use some improvement, as it was too small and narrow for all my belongings.

The cozy room was well-equipped with top-notch amenities, and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom. The friendly staff accommodated all our requests, and the delicious breakfast was the perfect start to our adventure-filled days. the beautiful view from our window was the icing on the cake.
